Our professional and high end cocktail bar could be just what you need to get everyone in the festive spirit at the Christmas party, treat everyone at the end of a successful year or incorporate into a team building day - whatever your function, we'll take care of the drinks so that you can focus on the important bits.

Step One
Get in touch.
Let us know that you're interested as soon as possible to lock us in. Once we've confirmed that we are available for your event day we'll move on to step 2.
Step Two
Curate your event.
No cookie cut events here, everything is bespoke. From welcome drinks to personalised menus, we'll do our very best to make this a memorable event that your company can be proud of. Let us know what you need and we can help you devise a plan. We'll also arrange a site visit to make sure that we know what to expect from the venue on the day.
Step Three
Once we know what you need we will send a quote and ask you for a 50% deposit.

We'll confirm your booking.
Welcome aboard!
We will require the final payment be settled no less than 14 days before the event.
Ebony and Emily have a true passion for mixology and will go above and beyond to create a unique and memorable experience. My bespoke cocktails at my 50th birthday party were absolutely delicious. Will definitely hire them again.

Some Ideas
Let's brainstorm
Welcome drinks - get conversation flowing with a glass of something delicious.
Table wine - keep their glasses full with a carefully chosen glass of wine or two.
Table water - tap in glass bottles, or still spring water.
Toasting bubbles - chin chin with a glass of prosecco or champagne, depending on the budget.
Happy hour - offer bottomless happy hour before the bar becomes pay as you go.
Open bar - go big with a free bar to show everyone that they are valued.
Branding - turn our bar into your bar with personalised beer mats and menus, signage, the company logo on the front of the bar and on our uniforms - or colour coordinate your welcome drink with your company colours. Our casa (horsebox), es su casa.
Personalise - rename an office favourite cocktail for the evening, add a specific drink or two to the menu, have a signature cocktail created and name it after the company or your client. It's all in the details.
Fancy glasses - crystal glassware can be provided at an extra cost and if the venue permits.

The Botella fully equipped and converted vintage horse box bar for the duration of your event.
Bar decorations appropriate for your event.
A fully trained mixologist and their experienced bartender (extra experienced mixologists, bartenders and waiting staff can be provided).
No mess, no fuss. We'll take it all away.
Seasonal drinks menu with options to customise (as in extras).
High quality reusable glass effect plastic cocktail appropriate drinkware provided (to be returned at the end of the event). If necessary , biodegradable disposable glasses and straws can be used instead.
A temporary events notice to allow the sale of alcohol at your function.
Eco friendly, single use plastic free and animal-product-free materials and products. We minimise our waste footprint as much as possible - all of our waste is compostable or recyclable. Carbon offsets are purchased for every mile travelled with the intention of becoming carbon negative by 2026, and carbon positive by 2030. This is not green washing, this is a promise from us to mumma earth.
